Part-Time Clinic Co-Ordinator

We have an amazing opportunity for a part-time Clinic Co-Ordinator to join our close, vibrant team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer care, is excited to learn and enjoys working with a large happy team in a busy fast-paced environment. Most importantly they will embrace Harmony’s philosophy of providing our clients with the ultimate in experiences, every time they visit our clinic.

This frontline position requires you to be available for one evening per week and includes Saturdays, approx 12 hrs per week. This may also be suited to someone who is looking to begin their career in the Beauty and Spa Industry and would like to support their study or enter the industry first, or someone currently studying or working towards studying to enter the Beauty Industry, with flexibility for the right candidate.

We would like you to have:

Customer service and client care experience
Fabulous time management skills
Efficiently multi-task
Competently manage content for social media
The ability to adapt to changing situations within a busy environment
A high standard of personal presentation
A bubbly personality with the ability to converse with all ages

Full Time Skin and Beauty Therapist

Harmony Skin and Beauty is looking for a vivacious individual to join our growing team. You will be working alongside a group of fabulous therapists, providing the gold standard in skin, beauty and spa treatments.

The successful therapist will be enthusiastic and professional, have a bright bubbly personality and love providing a 5-star experience for clients. You will be experienced and confident in what you do, with the ability to care and build strong relationships with your clients.

We would like you to have:

A qualification in Beauty Therapy, (ITEC or CIDESCO qualifications a bonus) and a proven work history in our industry and skin care
A qualification in Laser or IPL Hair Reduction & Skin Rejuvenation
A passion for skincare and skin analysis and an ability to discuss this openly with any client you care for, experience in OBSERV diagnostic device a bonus
Fabulous communication skills and confidence in your treatments
The ability to build long term client relationships with proven excellent client retention
The desire to succeed and grow awareness of our skincare brands
A high standard of personal presentation
Advanced skincare experience including using high-grade actives & peels, IPL, Dermapen or Dermal Needling experience a bonus
Experience in waxing, eyebrows, beauty essentials & massage
A passion for performing a range of all beauty and spa treatments with a holistic approach, including relaxation in all treatments you do
