Harmony Skin & Beauty was founded 8 years ago by mother and daughter duo Sophie and Trudi, who aspired to create the ultimate beauty oasis in Central Otago.
Sophie trained in Christchurch at the National School of Aesthetics, and has worked in Advanced Skin Treatments, Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy and Makeup Artistry for over 10 years.
Sophie and Trudi both call Central Otago home, and have dedicated themselves to ensuring Harmony offers the ultimate relaxation and only the most advanced skin treatments and powerful products which work to create visible improvement.
Harmony’s talented team of dermal therapists and beauticians means you’re always in great hands with superior safety standards, training and experience when it comes to skin and beauty.

Sarah has looked after Harmony’s clients for over 8 years, and loves taking the time to get to know each person and ensure they have enjoyed their experience.
Her support of the therapists ensures Harmony is delivering an amazing experience to all of our clients, and she welcomes any feedback you have or any requests with your treatment.
Sarah also looks after all Wedding enquiries and Group bookings, and maintains our 5 star level of service.
Amber
Beauty Therapist
With 16+ years in the beauty and spa industry, Amber is a trusted expert. From working in premier spas in Queenstown to owning her own clinic in Alexandra, she's dedicated to helping people feel refreshed, relaxed, and beautiful inside and out.
Amber's passion is enhancing eyes. A brow shape or lash tint can instantly make someone feel amazing, boosting self-care and confidence. Outside work, Amber enjoys time with her husband, two daughters, and their ponies and dogs on their Alexandra lifestyle block.
Anita
Skin Therapist
Anita leads our team of therapists at Harmony and you will love her attention to detail and caring, quiet nature. Her special interest is in achieving ultimate skin health and working alongside clients to gain outstanding results with acne and anti-ageing. She is our Dermapen and IPL master and is most happy when she has either of these in her hands! Anita works part-time hours, alongside juggling life as a working mum to her three young children Eli, Aria & Nico.
Kate
Beauty Therapist
Kate brings to the Harmony team a wealth of knowledge in all things Beauty, with over 11 years experience working at some of the best Spas in the industry including luxury Day Spas in the sunny North Queensland. She is also an experienced and highly sought after Makeup Artist in Central Otago, specialising in all pre-wedding treatments and helping to create the perfect look for Brides on their wedding day.
Kates true passion is to give her clients the feeling of ultimate pamper when visiting her with an experienced touch and skincare advice, but she also loves to have a good laugh and chat too! Alongside looking after her two gorgeous girls at home, you may see Kate leading a RPM class at our local gym or training hard for the next half marathon. She looks forward to welcoming you to see her at Harmony soon.

Meet Sarah, our seasoned beauty and spa expert with 4 years of industry experience. Her passion lies in connecting with clients and ensuring they leave feeling confident and rejuvenated.
Whether it's a soothing massage, facial or beauty treatment, she brings both skill and care to every session.
What Sarah loves most about the beauty and spa industry is seeing her clients leave happy and confident. She finds it incredibly rewarding to know they’ve been well looked after and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Jess
Skin & Spa Therapist
With years of experience in Beauty, Skin & Spa treatments, Jess loves working alongside her clients to create the perfect treatment. With diplomas in both Beauty Therapy and Spa Therapy, Jess has over 8 years in the industry, including one of Port Douglas's top Day Spas, and a leading skin clinic in the North Island.
She is also one of our experienced Makeup Artists who loves to spend time with Brides and their Bridal Parties, making them feel beautiful! Jess is well known for giving clients care in every aspect of their treatment, whether its creating the perfect brows to working alongside them to achieve their skin goals with advanced treatment plans.
As well as keeping busy with her two beautiful daughters, Jess loves being outside exercising in the hot Central Summer, and you may also find her at the local gym teaching RPM too (fun fact too - she’s Kates little sister!). Jess can’t wait to welcome you to Harmony to see her!
Neve
Beauty Therapist
With 1.5 years of experience in the beauty industry, Neve brings a fresh and enthusiastic approach to her work. Originally from Winton, NZ, Neve's love for beauty and wellness is matched only by her dedication to helping her clients feel their absolute best.
When she's not in the spa, you can find Neve staying active with her favorite hobbies: hitting the gym, swimming, or playing a competitive game of netball.
Neve's favourite treatments to perform are facials and massages—she finds true joy in helping clients relax and unwind. As for her own indulgence, she loves getting her brows done or enjoying the smooth feel of a dermaplaning session. And when it comes to products, Neve can’t get enough of the Pure Fiji Sugar Rub, a perfect blend of exfoliation and hydration.
Caycee
Beauty Therapist
Introducing Caycee, our talented beauty professional with 5 months of industry experience. She's a master of nails, brows, lashes, and facials, bringing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to every treatment.
Caycee's passion for manicures stands out as she crafts stunning designs and plays with a vibrant palette of colours, providing clients with a satisfying and entertaining experience. She also thrives in facials, finding joy in the diverse world of skincare and the rejuvenating effect it has on her clients' skin.
Trisna
Massage & Nail Therapist
Trisna has quickly become well known in Central Otago for her unique therapeutic deep tissue massage with a Balinese twist. She has strong hands that can melt away sore and aching muscles, particularly great after a day on the slopes.
Trisna especially enjoys being able to give each client a unique and bespoke treatment that leaves them feeling calm and relaxed.
Hollie
Clinic Co-ordinator
Hollie joined the Harmony Skin & Beauty team in March this year, bringing with her a passion for connecting with clients and a love for the fast-paced environment of the reception desk. When she's not at Harmony, Hollie is busy teaching at a local early childhood center, all while completing her Bachelor of Teaching – a goal that's almost within reach!
A Dunedin native, Hollie made the move to Alexandra in 2021 with her partner Lachie and their dog Millie, settling into the scenic surroundings of Earnscleugh. She thrives on seeing the therapists' achievements and the fantastic results they achieve for clients, and she's particularly excited about diving deeper into the marketing and social media side of her role.
Whether she's greeting clients with a warm smile or exploring new ways to share the Harmony story online, Hollie is dedicated to making every visit to Harmony Skin & Beauty a delightful experience.
